Nick Hladick

Managing Partner

Over the past 10+ years, Nick has cultivated an expertise at Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP) and financial / organizational transformation in the public and private sectors. Nick is a results-oriented consultant with a knack for solving complex problems. He specializes in building successful teams and mentoring others to be their best creative self.

Nick has served as an elected official, pioneering strategic planning as the head of both the strategic planning and budget committees on his local Board of Education.

After implementing the district's first-ever strategic plan, Nick was invited to join the National School Board's Association as a trustee and advised numerous boards of education on achieving excellence through long-range planning.

Tyrese Johnson

Over the past 25+ years, Tyrese has served as a Technical Advisor in Operations Research, Program Management, and Cost Analysis with roles in federal government and private industry:

He held a position of Adjunct Instructor at the DHS Acquisition Institute and is an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) certified Federal Internal Coach.

Tyrese is a bona fide change agent dedicated to the charge of growing and enhancing all facets of organizational culture, by positively influencing those within his purview. He is a servant leader, coach, and mentor whose heart is connected to the success of others.

He founded of a non-profit organization, Coaches Approach, that provided instructional programs for youth and young adults, centered on sports, emphasizing the importance of being results driven while developing critical life skills: discipline, self-respect, commitment, and integrity.
